Brand identity for a new chain of fast food restaurants. Our client were a group of serial entrepreneurs seeking to bring a popular belgium fast food style of takeaway food to the UK. The client approached us with an idea for a fun and quirky name that would demand attention in a new market.

We worked directly with the business owners to devise a strategy to help create and develop a brand that could eventually transition itself into an established franchise model.

Objective

We advised on the overall direction and the visual style for the identity, playing on the tongue in cheek nature of the name. We identified a fun, bright and energetic colour palette for the brand. We also developed a fun primary logo mark that immediately depicted the product. A combination of stylised type styles allowed us to build a brand that was easily identifiable and unique in the market space.

outcome

We deployed the brand across two sites. The identity continued through to the furnishings to create a quirky atmosphere within the interiors. We produced wallpaper graphics and animations that played across screens helping to produce a fully branded experience. The brand launch was successful in that initial sales exceeded projected expectations and brand loyalty and awareness was successfully implemented within the first 3 months of business trade.
